Rose Ann Martin

Rose Ann is a native of Houston, Texas. She has spent the last 20 years in the health care industry, devoting the past eight years to leadership development and customer service training. With a degree in education, majors in speech communication and theater arts, she has a diverse background in training, marketing, retail, education and corporate level leadership. Her goal is to help clients see immediate results in their organization by identifying personality and behavior styles that will improve their business and personal skills.
She is President of the Texas Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Education, a member of American Society for Training & Development, and a certified Human Behavior Consultant with Personality Insights.
Her humorous approach is one of the many techniques she uses as a means to increase positive energy. Her passion for success is contagious and as a certified Human Behavior Consultant, Rose Ann can maximize the strengths and minimize the struggles for all the personalities in your organization.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Frankly Speaking was established in 1997 by its president and owner, Rose Ann Martin. After years of training at the corporate level in the health care industry, Rose Ann realized that good communication skills and relationships do not exist effectively without the right soft skills. There was a need for tools that would identify personality styles and recognize human behavior patterns. Frankly Speaking is the catalyst, which has helped her present to audiences a new vision and a skill set that can enhance the success of your company and its employees.
WHY THE NAME
The name Frankly Speaking was inspired by a college friend who once reminded Rose Ann that she would frequently preface her statements by, “I’m going to be frank with you!” Along with having four athletic sons that required her to fine-tune her coaching skills, her continued “frankness” led to the excitement that being outspoken can be accomplished with great diplomacy and tact. Rose Ann has that gift to encourage and motivate others. She is also not afraid to confront issues that are important to all of us.
